Pour it all out
Open Plan and say the whole month at once. Talk into the mic or type into the box: appointments, errands, the big project, the thing you keep forgetting. One jumble is fine.
TaDa turns it into real tasks with dates and time blocks. Anything without a date floats in its week until you pin it. Prefer entering things one at a time? The Add task form is right there too.
Wake up to a day that’s already planned
Today shows exactly what to do and when, sorted into morning, afternoon and evening. Big tasks land in the morning while you’re fresh. Repeats like a morning run or Friday invoices show up on their own.
Life moves? Drag a task to another day, change its block, or push it to next week. Sundays stay open on purpose. It’s your plan, just already built.

Every finished task sets off a celebration and the real TaDa. Confetti, fireworks, balloons, streamers, rotated so you never see the same one twice in a row. Big tasks and new badges get the full blowout.

See the week move
The Timeline shows the month so far and every week against its tasks, so you always know if you’re ahead, behind or right on pace. Finish everything in a week with three or more tasks and it counts as a perfect week.
Streaks count the days you finish what you planned. Badges mark the milestones. A little mountain climbs beside your name as your lifetime total grows.
Bring your people
Find an accountability partner in the community and they see your weekly and monthly progress, never your actual tasks. Message each other right in the app.
On Teams, create named groups with their own chat. On Boss, assign work with deadlines to your team and watch every assignment’s status from one screen.
